Recipients and infrastructure Within the company, access to messages is limited to the authorised company representative. Netinternet provides hosting and email on servers in Türkiye. The technical provider may process communication and technical data as necessary to provide these services; this is distinct from internal access permissions. External services WhatsApp and Google Maps links open those services when clicked; their providers may process data abroad. Retention Data should be retained only for the period needed to handle the enquiry and applicable legal retention or claims periods. Once processing grounds cease, deletion, destruction or anonymisation applies under KVKK. Theme preferences remain until browser site data is cleared.
Rights and requests Under Article 11, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn its purposes and whether use is consistent with them, and learn domestic or international recipients. You may request correction, deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to adverse outcomes arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
